We now offer relocation coaching calls. You can book a call with us to discuss your questions, concerns or thoughts about moving or living in Portugal!
Our calls allow for 50 minutes of discussion and the cost is €75. We will also follow up with any questions we might not be able to answer on the day!

Virtual Viewings for Property Purchase
Trying to view and buy or rent a house in Portugal is not easy, and when an interesting prospect comes on the market you can't just drop everything and come to Portugal on the next plane! It can also be a real challenge to communicate with selling agents here.
We provide independent virtual house viewing services tailored for potential buyers who are unable to visit Portugal in person. We film detailed walkthroughs of properties, highlighting key features and providing a comprehensive look at each home. This allows buyers to experience the property remotely and make informed decisions without the need to travel. After filming, we send the video to our clients, ensuring they have all the information they need about the property.
Visa Property Rental Search Service
It's not always possible to jump on on a plane from a far away country to go apartment or house hunting for a rental! On top of that, dealing with realtors/estate agents can be tricky because they do not work the same way as the USA or UK.
With our viewing services, you can select apartments or houses online, and we contact the agents and 'view' the property on your behalf with the same care and attention as if it was for ourselves.
Our cost covers all the arranging, visits, negotiation and ensuring your contract is visa compliant. Price for 5 visits (one day) are:

Gary is a professional photographer with a comprehensive background of professional photography. Shelley worked for Savills in property management and has a passion for interior styling, Between us, we can present your home or quinta in the very best light.
Yes, good photography really does make a difference! Gary specialises in photography for events, corporate, commercial and property.
Who are Your Casa Key? ...
We are Gary and Shelley, we moved to Portugal fulltime in 2023 but purchased a house two years before.
We had a very challenging time trying to actually view any properties - it was hard to get any realtors to respond to us when we lived outside Portugal, let alone let us view any properties!
It was this experience that drove us to set up Your Casa Key because these are the services we wished had been offered in a 'one stop shop' when we moved!
We also have a YouTube channel called 'Change of Plan' - it has lots of information about moving to, and living in Portugal so if you want to get to know us better
Our background
Gary has an extensive background in professional photography, and project management and a love of all things tech. He is an avid Apple fan having worked for them in the past and in his spare time loves nothing more than cruising on his Royal Enfield motorbike.
Shelley worked in professional property management for Savills, but her real passion is interior design so she can be found with a paintbrush in hand when Gary is out riding his bike.
Joint passions are walking the beautiful trails of Central Portugal and beyond with our two dogs, and exploring the world in our self-build camper van.
