• Organisation of up to five property viewings in one day where possible
• Remote or in-person attendance at viewings
• Photos, videos, and detailed feedback on each property
• Process guidance and coordination support once you select a property
• Lawyer review of the rental contract
• Utilities support once the lease is secured

Our pricing is designed to be simple and transparent, with no add-ons for the core elements most clients require.

Please note: The service is based on one day of viewings. If additional viewing days are required, these can be arranged separately.
