It's not always possible to jump on on a plane from a far away country to go apartment or house hunting for your Visa requirement! 

On top of that, dealing with realtors/estate agents can be tricky because they do not work the same way as the USA or UK.   

With our viewing services, you can select apartments or houses online that you like the look of, and we contact the agents and 'view' the property on your behalf with the same care and attention as if it was for ourselves.

We find out your requirements, budget, and we contact the agents to arrange viewings. 

We then visit the properties for you, creating a video that clearly shows each property (not like agents pictures!) along with a report of the key things to note, such as any smell of damp or if the street outside is very noisy! 

We also send some footage of the location (using drone where we can). 

This helps you to make an informed choice without actually having to visit yourself.
